1.Responsible for complete assembly, precision calibration and full‑process pre‑delivery inspection of 5‑axis rotary tables in the temperature‑controlled precision assembly workshop; perform joint commissioning and matching with HAUX control system and servo drives.
2.Conduct precision tests including indexing accuracy, repeat positioning accuracy, face runout and loaded operation of rotary tables, fill in precision inspection reports and control pre‑delivery accuracy standards.
1.Familiar with basic operations of servo drives and HAUX control system, able to read mechanical drawings and tolerance markings, and proficient in geometric precision calibration.
2.Able to perform delicate work in temperature‑controlled workshop, careful and rigorous, aware of micron‑level precision control, and understand precision inspection standards.
3.Follow workshop production schedules, maintain good documentation habits, possess basic communication skills, and cooperate with sales and after‑sales teams on prototype commissioning and customer technical briefings.
