1.Responsible for developing process schemes for core components of ultra-precision equipment, and verifying and iterating assembly processes for key structural parts of five-axis machine tools as well as micron-level precision assembly processes.
2.Lead the preparation of structural assembly process documents and formulation of operating specifications, perform process feasibility analysis and track prototype trial production.
1.Familiar with mechanical structures of five-axis machine tools and knowledgeable about servo drives.
2.Familiar with working conditions in ultra-precision constant-temperature workshops, possess micron-level precision process control mindset, and know how to use various precision measuring instruments.
3.Follow the progress of project R&D plans, possess cross-department collaboration awareness, and cooperate with production and after-sales teams for prototype commissioning.
