Drivedream ultrasonic friction stir welding machine adopts self‑developed ultrasonic vibration‑assisted technology. As a solid‑state welding process, ultrasonic‑assisted FSW leverages the unique acoustic softening and mechanical vibration effects of ultrasound on the basis of conventional FSW. It improves material flow, eliminates welding defects, optimizes interfacial structure and enhances joint bonding of metals.
This new process outperforms conventional friction stir welding in four key weld metrics: microstructure, tensile strength, roughness and hardness.
JHC1200 ultrasonic friction stir welding machine enables stable welding of 1D straight lines and 2D curves. It is widely used for mass production of light alloy products such as cooling plates, electric control boxes, 5G communication and power electronics components.
